FRMP (Family Reconciliation Mediation Program) is a statewide program that supports homelessness services who work with young people (15 – 25) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. FRMP works with these services to give young people a range of support in Family Counselling, Family Mediation, Family Therapy, Individual counselling and group work. Brokerage funds are available to support these objectives and workers are encouraged to contact FRMP to find out ways to access these funds.
