Reconnect offers support to young people between 12 - 18 and their families. The program aims to assist young people from leaving home early or helping young people and their families get back together. Through referral and counselling, family mediation and outreach Reconnect can help out with advice and support toward accessing health, income, accommodation, training, education and employment options. Melbourne Gateway Reconnect is a Statewide program so can help you connect back to your family, school etc if that is what you decide.
